I met Jay and John for the first time north of Michigan’s 45th parallel late on a Saturday morning. By 1pm and after a test drive, I had decided to purchase a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. John does good work. Jay knows these vehicles by their first names and gave me a quick explanation of all of the unfamiliar buttons and features – MUCH different than my 2001 Ranger and more like the interior of a NASA space capsule. We conducted the sale at a restaurant table and completed the transaction the next day when the vehicle was delivered to my home. Thanks, guys. After 1 1/2 weeks of ownership, and some tutoring from my tech-savvy son, I am able to operate my Escape with an ever-growing degree of confidence. A 200 mile business road trip was made easy by the GPS, Sirius and a gas-sipping 2.0L engine which can climb hills with ease. Everything works as per design.
